very pleasant hotel! room is clean and nice. perfect location, very near to the Dolni namesti, also very near to the tram&bus station. the most important thing is, the wonderful staff! very friendly and helpful! i really enjoy the staying there.

Extremely GOOD stay. Really close to Olomouc Castle, 15 minutes' walk to Main Olomouc train station. We loved the food and location.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. the location was absolutely perfect, as it was right next to a beautiful park. It provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, while still being just a few steps away from the bustling center. The room itself was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and dressing area. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. the level of service provided here was truly exceptional.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and room amenities were all top-notch, ensuring a truly enjoyable experience.

Favourable location in the city - next to the park and botanical garden; at the same time just some minutes walk to the big squares of the city. Modern furniture in the room and bathroom. Parking place right in front of the entrance to the hotel.

The handling of TV was difficult, no explanation.

Ease of access - parking right out the front. Very good breakfast. Close to centre of city, but not too close.

Entry from street means carrying bags up about 6 steps. Would be impossible for disabled guests. Too many security access points - door, lift etc.: cards didn't work half of the time, making access difficult.

Great service from friendly staff, and comfortable rooms with modern amenities. Convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping. the included breakfast was a nice touch, with a variety of options to choose from.

The lack of air conditioning was a major downside, especially during the hot New Year season. the room was stuffy and uncomfortable, and opening the windows didn't do much to alleviate the heat.

Business style hotel below lower square. Room was large wirh aitting area Easy walking access to lower and upper square, park, market, brewery. Easy tram transport to/from train or bus stations. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel – it was just a short walk away from the lively historical center of this city. Additionally, the hotel was situated right next to the park, so it was always quiet and peaceful, despite being located a few steps away from the center. The cleanliness of my room was also impressive, and I was really impressed by the range of facilities available at this hotel, especially the free parking which was so convenient. Lastly, the staff were so helpful and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Very quiet, large clean room with air conditioning, very nice bathroom, very convenient inexpensive parking in front of hotel (very safe: police station is adjacent to hotel!). Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very good.
